RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GENERAL TERMS

JWISI gladly accepts returns and exchanges of eligible products within 7 business days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@jwisi.com.

Returnable Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn: The item must not have been worn or used.
  • Unwashed: The item must not have been washed or altered.
  • Undamaged: The garment must be free from makeup, stains, deodorant, and perfume.
  • Tags Attached: All original internal garment tags, as well as any secure return tags, must remain intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be ineligible for returns or exchanges. We recommend trying on items carefully and, for shoes, doing so only on a clean, soft surface.

Return Packaging Requirements

When returning items, please:

  • Repackage: Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to protect the garment during transit.
  • Securely Seal: Ensure the box is sealed with tape to prevent opening during shipping.

Exceptions to Returns

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description for final sale designations.
  • Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept unconditional returns on swimwear. Please consult our customer service for assistance in this regard.

Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the waybill, as this is not our return address. Refunds cannot be processed for items sent to incorrect locations.

  

RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURN SHIPPING

JWISI covers the costs of returns and exchanges due to our error. In other cases, customers are responsible for shipping fees. Below are some common scenarios:

  1. Free Returns and Exchanges:

    • Quality issues, such as significant color discrepancies or strong odors.
    • Incorrect items sent in the package.
  2. Customer-Paid Returns:

    • If you simply do not like the item or want it for personal reasons.
  3. Free Resend:

    • If items are missing from the order or if your order fails to be delivered (excluding customer rejections). If the failure is due to an incorrect address, you may need to contact the courier for re-delivery.

Note: If a package is rejected by you, we cannot offer after-sales services such as returns or exchanges. Store credits for the remaining order amount will be issued instead, less shipping fees.

SIZING ISSUES

Size can often be tricky when shopping online. If your item does not fit, JWISI offers free exchanges to help you find the right size. Alternatively, you may return the item at your expense. We encourage customers to reach out for sizing advice before purchasing to minimize issues.

 

EXCHANGES

Each item can be exchanged once, except for final sale products. JWISI covers the shipping costs for exchanges. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers will pay the price difference. If the new item is less expensive due to quality issues, the price difference will be refunded.

 

RETURN FEES

JWISI provides two return options:

a) Prepaid Return Labels (available in select countries)
b) Self-Mail

For customer-paid returns, the cost of using our prepaid return label (10% of the value of returned items) will be deducted from your refund.

If the return is initiated by the customer, they are responsible for the shipping fee, which will be based on the express company chosen. If the goods received were damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer does not have to bear the shipping fee.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can generally be canceled within 1–3 days of placement. If an order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please contact our customer service to arrange a return once your package is delivered.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse team. For customer-paid returns, the original shipping and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. You should receive your refund within 14 days after your returned package is delivered.
